Home Spotlight Program

I understand that the Home Spotlight Program is a content-based promotional program and that service requests submitted through this application are considered preferences only.

If selected, JANCIC Window Wash will determine the scope of complimentary services based on the property's suitability for filming, content creation objectives, scheduling, equipment requirements, safety considerations, and program availability.

I understand that selection into the Home Spotlight Program does not guarantee that all requested services, windows, or areas of the property will be serviced.

Depending on the content opportunity, the complimentary service may include:

• • A single window or selected group of windows
• • One side of the home only
• • Selected exterior windows only
• • Selected interior windows only
• • Screen cleaning only
• • Hard water stain removal only
• • A combination of selected services
• • The entire property at JANCIC Window Wash's sole discretion

I understand that the final scope of work will be determined solely by JANCIC Window Wash and will be communicated prior to service.

I understand that participation in the Home Spotlight Program includes photography and video recording of my property.

I grant JANCIC Window Wash unrestricted, perpetual rights to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, and otherwise use any photos, videos, audio recordings, and related content captured during the service for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, promotional materials, and other business purposes.

I understand that all content created as part of the Home Spotlight Program becomes the sole property of JANCIC Window Wash and that no compensation is owed for its creation or future use.

I understand that acceptance into the Home Spotlight Program is contingent upon agreeing to these terms.

I understand that participation in the Home Spotlight Program requires allowing JANCIC Window Wash to install one promotional lawn sign on the front of my property in a location that is clearly visible to passing pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

I agree that the lawn sign will remain in place for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days and no longer than fourteen (14) consecutive days, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by JANCIC Window Wash.

I understand that the lawn sign is an important part of the Home Spotlight Program and that JANCIC Window Wash may periodically inspect or verify the presence of the sign throughout the marketing campaign.

I agree not to intentionally remove, relocate, conceal, alter, or damage the lawn sign during the agreed display period without prior authorization from JANCIC Window Wash.

I understand that intentionally removing the lawn sign before the agreed display period may result in an invoice to recover the costs associated with the complimentary services provided, replacement of the promotional sign, administrative costs, and lost marketing value.

If the lawn sign is accidentally damaged, stolen, or displaced by severe weather or another unforeseen event beyond my reasonable control, I agree to notify JANCIC Window Wash as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, any applicable replacement or administrative charges may be reduced at the sole discretion of JANCIC Window Wash.

I understand that acceptance into the Home Spotlight Program is contingent upon agreeing to these lawn sign requirements.
